Ordering Procedure

Order your product(s) online or via phone and upload any artwork to our ftp or email it to our Art Department . Once your order is placed, a Marketability sales team member will contact you to confirm the details of your project. You will receive an email confirming your order with exact specifications, including sizes, quantities, any PMS matches, shipping information and charge to your credit card or Purchase Order number. Once your product design is complete, a PDF color proof is sent via email to you for approval. All order proofs must be approved via email or fax, before proceeding to production. Production time is normally 7 – 14 days after proof approval. Some orders may be expedited. We will do our best to work with your deadlines. You will be notified by email when your product is shipped and be given a tracking number and estimated time of arrival.

Payments Terms

Payment Types
Payment for all orders is due at the time the order is placed. Marketability accepts your Visa or Mastercard online or over the phone at 816.630.5550. Or you may mail your check to Marketability Advertising, P.O. Box 100, Excelsior Springs, MO 64024. There is a $25 charge for checks returned for nonpayment. Billing and C.O.D. are not available in any form. Guarantees regarding deadlines and availability are contingent upon receipt of payment.

Purchase Orders
Marketability also welcomes Purchase Orders from school and government agencies only. Please be assured that your PO will be handled promptly and accurately. To use your Purchase Order, please type your PO number in the appropriate section of the order just before you hit the final SUBMIT button. Once you have placed your order, you must fax or mail a hard copy of your PO to our office at:

We must receive the hardcopy of your PO by fax or mail before your order can be processed.

Prices
Prices are good for 30 days and will not change in that 30 day period or once an order is placed, but may change if:

• Any change made by the customer in materials used to produce the order.
• Quantity of order changes.
• Changes are made by the customer to the final approved artwork. Additional art charges may be incurred.
• The customer would be informed if any changes they have made to the original order will affect the quoted price before:
• Requested changes are applied to the order.
• Production begins on the order.

Shipping
We are able to accept orders for shipment only within the continental United States. Orders for delivery outside the continental United States, including Alaska and Hawaii are not eligible for ground shipping rates. Your products will be shipped UPS Ground unless you select an express shipping method when you order. Shipping costs are determined through our online connection with UPS, based on the weight of your product, location shipped, and shipping service selected. If necessary to ship to a post office box or FPO/APO addresses, please make arrangements for shipping via USPS. Final shipping charges will be included in your Order Confirmation email. Ground shipping dates are not guaranteed; they are simply estimates. If you would like a guaranteed delivery date, please order Air/Express delivery.

Phone/Fax Ordering
If you would prefer, please feel free to order via email, fax (816.630.5225) or phone (816.630.5550). To do this, please provide the following information:

• Name (and item number if known) of each item you would like to purchase.
• The quantity of each item you would like to purchase.
• Your billing address. (The address your credit card statements are sent to.)
• The address you want the items shipped to (if different from billing address)
• Credit card information (type: Visa/Mastercard, number, expiration month and year/name on the card)
• Your phone number (optional, but helpful if email to you bounces)

Ordering Products Not Listed
We have additional items that are not online yet, and are able to special order almost any spirit item you could think of. Just email our Sales Department with a description of what you are looking for and we will reply by return email (or phone if you provide your phone number) regarding the availability and price of the item.

Satisfaction Guaranteed
Your satisfaction is most important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase from Marketability, simply return it within 60 days and you will receive an exchange or credit for the product cost.

Refunds on Custom Orders
After a customer gives the final approval to proceed (which is after the artwork has been approved), the order may be nonrefundable if an order is canceled after production has begun on the order, or after any special-order (non-stock) materials have been purchased for the order at the request of the customer. If artwork has been done for the order that the customer cancels, the art charge is nonrefundable under any circumstance.

Color Matching
Due to the individual calibrations of monitors, the color seen in color proofs on the customer's end may not be the same shade as intended or actual. Therefore, any color that requires the closest possible match should be referenced using the appropriate Pantone® number (PMS match), or the customer may wish to mail a physical sample of the color to us. Marketability cannot guarantee an exact color match.
